TIGERTAIL MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE [recipe]

Develey Corporate Chef Eric Moore is in the kitchen with Tigertail Mustard! Today’s featured recipe is Mustard BBQ Sauce that is perfect on baked chicken legs!

INGREDIENTS

2/3c Ketchup

1/2c Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2c Brown Sugar

2t Smoked Paprika

1t Cumin

2T Yellow Mustard

2T Dijon Mustard

PREP

Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.

Simmer over medium low heat until nice and thick (5-15 minutes).

Baste baked chicken legs (or wings!) with sauce & return to oven until sauce caramelizes on meat. This sauce is also ideal for grilling!
